Who we are
TEYSYS provides technology and systems engineering services and browser-based Labs tools. For privacy enquiries, contact [email protected].
Information you provide
Contact forms collect your name, email, organisation, phone number where provided, country, enquiry type, message and the relevant consultation, demo, quotation, support or partnership details. Partnership requests also collect the organisation description, proposed collaboration, category and optional website. We record consent and a submission reference. Please do not submit passwords, access tokens or confidential documents.
How information is used
With your consent, we use submissions to assess and respond to requests, discuss potential services or collaboration, manage follow-up and protect the forms against abuse. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or approve a partnership. A failed email attempt may leave a stored request for authorised staff to review.
Browser-local Labs information
Labs process pasted text, API responses, diagrams and uploaded QR logos in your browser. These inputs are not sent to TEYSYS or an AI provider by the tools. Diagram saving uses browser-local storage when you choose to save; it is not a server backup. Export important work yourself. Ordinary page requests still reach our hosting server.
Cookies, technical information and analytics
The application uses session and security cookies for forms and administration. Hosting logs may include IP addresses, timestamps, requested paths and error information. No advertising or analytics integration is included in this application build. Contact us for information about hosting logs or scripts managed outside the application.
Service providers and sharing
Authorised administrators review submissions. Hosting and the selected transactional email provider may process enquiry information to operate the service and deliver messages. Brevo API is the selected transactional email delivery method; delivery depends on its production configuration. Hosting infrastructure also processes ordinary website requests. We do not sell enquiry information through this application. Disclosure may be necessary to comply with applicable law.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry records are stored in the website database, including requests whose email notification fails. Retention depends on the purpose of the enquiry, follow-up and applicable obligations. Contact us to request deletion or details about retention and backup handling; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion interval.
Security
The application restricts administration access, validates submitted fields and applies request rate limits. No security measure eliminates all risk. Do not send secrets through the forms.
International processing
Hosting or email providers may process information outside your country. Information is not represented as staying exclusively in Ghana. Contact us for details about provider locations and the arrangements applicable to your information.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, or object to processing where appropriate. You may also ask about deletion or withdrawal of consent; legal obligations may affect what can be removed. Contact [email protected] with enough information to identify your request, without sending unnecessary identity documents.
Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) may apply. Information about individual rights and raising concerns is available from the Data Protection Commission. No certification or regulatory registration is claimed by this policy.
