Access and separate agreements
TEYSYS provides information about technology services, products and browser-based tools. Website access, an enquiry, a demo request or a partnership application does not create a service contract or approved partnership. Project scope, pricing, responsibilities and commitments require separate agreement.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and only process information you are entitled to handle. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, submit abusive content, misuse the forms, bypass restrictions or use the tools to harm others.
Intellectual property
TEYSYS branding and original website material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party software and imagery remain subject to their own licences and credits. You may use the tools to prepare your own work, but access does not grant ownership of TEYSYS branding or third-party assets.
Your content
You remain responsible for the content you submit, paste, import or export, including permission to use it and the accuracy of resulting work. Do not include confidential material in enquiries. Submissions are used to review and respond to your request; they do not grant a general marketing licence to your organisation's materials.
Labs tools and limitations
Labs are planning and productivity utilities. Architecture diagrams do not deploy or validate infrastructure. Workflow checks identify modelling issues and do not certify a business process. Estimates are illustrative. JWT inspection does not authenticate a token; redaction requires manual review. Test exported QR codes with intended devices and print materials. Review all outputs before relying on them.
Local storage, exports and backups
Browser-local diagram projects belong to that browser profile and device. Storage may be cleared, blocked or unavailable. TEYSYS does not automatically back up local projects. Keep JSON exports of important work and verify imports and image exports before sharing. Free tools do not include a storage, support or recovery service commitment.
Availability and changes
Features may be updated, limited or temporarily unavailable. The website and free tools carry no promise of uninterrupted availability or a particular future feature. Products marked as coming soon are not represented as currently available. Separately agreed service terms may provide different commitments.
Third-party services
External websites, mail providers and third-party software have their own terms and practices. Linking to a website does not make TEYSYS responsible for its content or imply a partnership. The website does not itself authorise access to external systems.
Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, free website information and tools are provided without a guarantee that they meet every purpose or that outputs are complete or error-free. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not override a separately signed service agreement or restrict mandatory legal protections.
Governing law and disputes
Please contact [email protected] first to discuss a concern. Any service agreement should identify its contracting parties, governing law and dispute process. This website does not designate an unverified exclusive court or jurisdiction; mandatory applicable legal protections continue to apply.
